Thomson has geared up to leave a substantial mark in the Indian audio market with its latest lineup of Soundbars. The company had set its sights on capturing 10% of the online segment market share. As part of the ‘Make in India’ initiative, it made a substantial investment of INR 50 crore in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility for speakers.
The newly established manufacturing unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, was expected to produce 500,000 units annually. The initial launch featured two flagship soundbars, AlphaBeat25 and AlphaBeat60, with plans to introduce over 20 models within the next six months. These two soundbars were available on Flipkart starting September 21st, 2024, with prices set at INR 16,999 and INR 38,999, respectively.

The AlphaBeat60, a 60-watt powerhouse soundbar, was designed to offer the ultimate sound experience for Indian homes. Equipped with a sleek subwoofer, it was tailored to fit any room size while delivering deep, immersive sound.
