Dell Technologies has officially launched its new consumer Copilot+ AI PCs in India, unveiling the XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus. Both devices feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, promising to boost AI experiences. The XPS 13 is powered by the Snapdragon X1 EliteX1E-80-100 CPU, while the Inspiron 14 Plus is equipped with the Snapdragon X Plus X1P-64-100 processor. Notably, both laptops offer all-day battery life, aiming to provide users with a seamless experience for work and leisure activities.
Raj Kumar Rishi, Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer and Small Business at Dell Technologies, India, expressed excitement about introducing the Dell Copilot+ AI PCs to Indian customers. He emphasized how the innovative lineup, fueled by Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, signifies Dell’s commitment to empowering users with AI technology.

Pujan Chadha, Director of Product Marketing, Consumer and Small Business at Dell Technologies, India, highlighted the groundbreaking AI capabilities of the new XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus. He emphasized that these devices are designed to intelligently adapt to users’ needs, offering enhanced performance, connectivity, and multitasking capabilities.
Saurabh Arora, Mobile, Compute, and XR Business Head at Qualcomm India Pvt. Ltd., discussed collaborating with Dell to introduce the Snapdragon X Series platforms to the latest XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 laptops. He emphasized that the partnership marks a significant development in India’s PC ecosystem, highlighting the advanced AI capabilities and power efficiency offered by the Snapdragon X Series platforms.
The XPS 13, recognized for its sleek design, is powered by the Snapdragon X1 Elite X1E-80 CPU, which delivers exceptional performance and a battery life of up to 27 hours on a single charge. Additionally, it features an OLED display option, which delivers higher brightness and lower power consumption, enhancing the overall user experience.
The Inspiron 14 Plus is designed to provide users with a seamless experience. It uses on-device AI to enhance performance and extend battery life. It is optimized for a variety of tasks, including productivity, web browsing, and multimedia consumption. The device is equipped with revolutionary all-day battery life and incorporates Qualcomm’s Always-On Sensing technology, which enables presence detection for improved privacy and security.
Overall, we got hands-on experience with the new XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus at the launch. Both laptops seem to perform well and are astonishingly lighter than my MacBook Air. We will soon be reviewing the laptops.
The new XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus will be available on Dell.com, retail partners such as Croma, Reliance Retail, Vijay Sales, multi-brand outlets, and Amazon, starting 16th July 2024. The XPS 13 will be offered in three variants with prices ranging from INR 1,39,990 for the base variant to INR 1,69,990 for the highest-end variant. On the other hand, the Inspiron 14 Plus will be available in two variants, with the base variant costing INR 115,590 and the higher-end variant costing INR 119,590. Additionally, for the XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus, customers can avail of no-cost EMI options with leading banks and NBFCs, cashback offers with leading banks, extended warranty options, and special pricing on accessories.
