HARSH RANE – Budding Influencer Of The Year (Male)

harsh-rane

Ex : How did your content creation journey kick start?
The curiosity within me to act in front of the camera kickstarted my will to make videos, and the algorithm further kickstarted my motivation to deliver more of them.

Ex : What is your most viral reel/short? How did the idea come, and how long did it take to shoot?
The video that attracted or rather I’d say is still attracting people’s attention would be “when you give money to your younger brother”. The Reel was inspired from my Real life experience since growing up as the younger sibling I have lost or spent money on unnecessary things leaving my elder brother in doubt about my management skills.

Ex : Any 4 creators you want to collaborate with in the future.
1. Divine 2. Beyounick 3. Jesse James West 4. Dean Schneider

Ex : What piece of tech is your favourite.
It’s probably my EarPods because it definitely saves me from hearing a n-number of unwanted conversations around me. Haha.

Ex : Assuming Instagram is shutting down in 24 hours, what will you do?
Ahh, the thought itself sounds scary, but I would make a dedicated video thanking everyone who supported me throughout this journey of 4 years.

Ex : Do you have an industry mentor?
Not anyone specific, but I do learn something new when I see their art.

Ex : Tell us about a project that you are the most proud of.
Brahmastra, I was surrounded by many talented actors.

Ex : Give us one or more hashtags describing you.
#Raadewithrane still remains to be my favourite hashtag.

Ex : Can you describe a BTS / blooper that happened during a shoot but didn’t make it into the final content piece?
There was a dialogue in a video where we recreated the YJHD Bunny vs. Avi fight where Omkar Bolke, my fellow content creator friend, had to take 2 dialogues at a fast pace, and he fumbled and said everything except the main dialogue. Haha, we still recollect that moment every time we meet and laugh out loud.

Ex : What’s the first-ever trend that you hopped on?
I was known for ruining the mediocre trends that were popping up every week. The first-ever trend parody I did would be the Glitch trend.

Ex : What will the creator landscape look like in 10 years from now?
Their real talent would be tested and forced to be explored out loud, which would help them sustain their current position.

Ex : What are the platforms you are active on – how do you decide what goes where?
Besides Instagram, I’m also active on YouTube, where I would like to document my day and some behind-the-scenes.

Ex : What’s the next big thing in the pipeline for you?
Honestly, I am exploring it in a way, but I will grab every possible opportunity.

Ex : What is your dream project?
I would love to work again with Dharma Productions, and someday, I would love to collaborate with international creators in a larger community.

Ex : Advice you would like to give to budding creators.
Be consistent and believe in the process.
