Motorola Introduces Moto AI: How to Get Your Hands on the Latest Features?

Moto AI

Motorola is stepping up its game in the AI-powered smartphone arena with the introduction of the Moto AI open beta program, bringing a fresh suite of features to select devices. As companies like Google, Samsung, and OnePlus continue to integrate AI into their Android skins, Motorola is now following suit with a suite of smart features designed to enhance user experience. Here’s everything you need to know about these exciting updates.

What are the new Moto AI features?

The new Moto AI feature suite introduces three standout tools: ‘Catch Me Up,’ ‘Pay Attention,’ and ‘Remember This.’ Much like Apple’s Intelligence, ‘Catch Me Up’ provides summaries of missed notifications, ensuring you stay up to date. ‘Pay Attention,’ as the name implies, is a game-changer for meetings and conversations, allowing users to capture, transcribe, and summarise key points with ease.

Meanwhile, ‘Remember This’ brings a powerful functionality similar to Google Pixel’s Screenshot feature, allowing users to tag and search photos and screenshots with personalised notes that can be retrieved using voice search. Motorola is also adding a new search bar to streamline navigation, enabling natural voice queries to search both your device and the web. Alongside these AI enhancements, Motorola has revamped its interface with redesigned tabs for App, News, and Journal.

Which devices are eligible for Moto AI?

The Moto AI features are now limited to select devices, including the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra, Razr 50, Razr, and Edge 50 Ultra. To access the beta, users will need to update their devices to the latest software version, after which they may receive a notification indicating eligibility for the Moto AI features. Alternatively, you can sign up for Moto AI directly on the Motorola website. The company mentions that the new AI features may take up to 24 hours to become available on your device.
