
Xiaomi India has officially launched the Redmi Watch Move, marking its first smartwatch manufactured locally. This device is designed to support users in their daily routines, providing features that include fitness tracking, task management, and communication.
The Redmi Watch Move is designed to improve daily activities, whether it’s aiding a morning jog, managing work reminders, or facilitating hands-free calls while on the go.

The Redmi Watch Move features more than 140 workout modes and boasts a 98.5% tracking accuracy, developed by Xiaomi’s R&D team. It also has advanced health-tracking features that seamlessly fit into daily life. Users can monitor their heart rate, SpO₂ levels, stress levels, and sleep cycles, including REM sleep. Additionally, it offers menstrual cycle tracking, allowing women to manage their health more effectively making wellness intuitive and accessible.
The smartwatch sports a 4.69 cm (1.85 inches) AMOLED display that delivers clear visuals with a brightness of 600 nits and features a sleek 2.5D curved design. The Always-On Display ensures that the time and notification are always visible, whether in sunlight or during commutes. This smartwatch is designed for all-day wear and has a comfortable, anti-allergy, antibacterial TPU strap. It has an IP68 rating, providing it is dust and water-resistant. Running on Xiaomi HyperOS, the Redmi Watch Move is a smart extension of your digital life, syncing notes, tasks, calendar events, and real-time weather updates. The rotating crown enables easy navigation through apps and notifications.

Users can manage Bluetooth calls, notifications, and contacts directly from the smartwatch. The inclusion of Hindi language support enhances accessibility for users across India.
With a battery life of up to 14 days, the Redmi Watch Move allows users to go longer without frequent recharging. Even with the Always-On Display active, it can last up to 5 days. The Ultra Battery Saver Mode ensures that key features remain functional during power constraints.
Pricing and Availability
The Redmi Watch Move is priced at ₹1,999 and will be available starting May 1, 2025, through Mi.com, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail outlets. It will be offered in four colours: Black Drift, Blue Blaze, Silver Sprint, and Gold Rush, combining practical performance with personal style. Pre-booking for the watch will begin on April 24, 2025.
