Appy Pie Unveils PixelForge and Vibeo marking India’s Bold Entry into the AI Visual Generation Race

AppyPie

Indian no-code AI platform Appy Pie has just rolled out two ambitious new AI models, PixelForge and Vibeo, marking a significant leap forward in the creative AI space. Designed to cater to both individual creators and businesses, these proprietary multimodal large language models are now live on the Appy Pie Design platform, aiming to challenge some of the most established players in the global AI arena.

PixelForge is Appy Pie’s new text-to-image model, capable of generating high-resolution visuals from simple written prompts. Whether you’re looking to create hyper-realistic renders or abstract art, PixelForge is pitched as a versatile tool that adapts to varied styles, compositions, and creative needs. Think of it as Appy Pie’s response to models like OpenAI’s DALL·E and Stability AI’s Stable Diffusion, but with a homegrown twist.

Vibeo, on the other hand, pushes the boundaries of visual storytelling by allowing users to generate videos using either text or image inputs. Type out a prompt, upload a reference image, and Vibeo claims to produce video content that captures not just the subject, but also the emotional tone and motion implied in the request. It’s realism-focused and context-aware—words that promise much, especially to marketers, designers, and content creators seeking fast and scalable production tools.

What sets these models apart, at least according to Appy Pie, is that they were built entirely in-house. These aren’t API integrations or tweaked open-source clones—they’re original builds developed from scratch. PixelForge and Vibeo follow the company’s earlier venture into AI with Flawless Text, a model focused on natural language generation.

That said, the specifics behind the magic remain a bit of a mystery. Appy Pie hasn’t disclosed the technical details, no model architecture, no training data sources, no output resolution stats, and no benchmark comparisons to back up their bold claims. Even pricing clarity is murky. While access to the Appy Pie Design platform starts at Rs. 80 per month (billed annually), it’s unclear whether that includes full access to PixelForge and Vibeo or if there are additional charges for usage credits.

Despite the unanswered questions, one thing is clear: Appy Pie is serious about placing India on the global AI innovation map. By launching homegrown visual-generation models, it’s not just riding the generative AI wave, it’s actively trying to shape it. Whether these tools live up to the hype will depend on performance, accessibility, and transparency. But for now, PixelForge and Vibeo signal an exciting chapter for India’s AI aspirations.
