Lava Agni 3 Launches with Dual Displays, 3x Optical Zoom, and Action Key

Lava has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Lava Agni 3, packed with premium features like a telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom, a secondary display, and a new Action Key reminiscent of the iPhone’s Action Button. With these features, the Lava Agni 3 is poised to shake up the mid-range smartphone market.

Camera and Display Features

The Lava Agni 3 shines with its 8MP telephoto sensor, which supports 3x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom, allowing users to capture distant subjects with greater detail. The 50MP main camera, featuring optical image stabilization (OIS), and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a 112-degree field of view round out the impressive triple camera setup.

The phone also introduces a 1.74-inch secondary display on the back, a rare feature in this segment, which offers users a quick glance at notifications and alerts without unlocking the main 6.78-inch screen. The primary display is a 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits peak brightness, and HDR support, delivering vibrant visuals for gaming and media consumption.

Unique Action Key

One of the standout features of the Lava Agni 3 is its Action Key, which is reprogrammable and allows users to quickly access select functions with a single press. This feature adds convenience and personalization to the user experience, inspired by similar features found on premium devices like the iPhone.

Performance and Battery

Under the hood, the Agni 3 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor paired with 8GB of RAM, ensuring smooth performance for everyday tasks and gaming. The phone features third-generation vapor chamber cooling for heat management during intense gaming sessions. Running on Android 14 without bloatware, it also supports Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.4, and NavIC for seamless connectivity.

The 5000mAh battery with 60W fast charging promises to keep the device powered throughout the day, making it a reliable choice for heavy users.
