On July 1, 2024, Fujifilm announced its brand-new Instax Mini SE. With their motto, “Instant Prints, Everlasting Smiles,” Instax has made sure to uphold this. The Mini SE is a reboot of their classic and beloved Instax Minis, but with enhanced features that make photography easier. The new features include manual brightness control. The company announced that the camera will be available for purchase through online and offline channels, such as Amazon and their D2C site, on the 10th of July. As a huge fan of Fujifilm cameras, her guest appearance and appointment as the Brand Ambassador made the launch more special.

Fujifilm Instax Mini SE – Features and Highlights
The Fujifilm Instax Mini SE offers manual exposure control, allowing users to adjust the brightness level before taking a photo. This feature is especially useful in bright lighting conditions and is operated via a brightness control dial. The camera uses film sized 86 x 54mm, with a picture area of 62 x 46mm. The developed photos are ready in under 90 seconds. Additionally, the Instax Mini SE is equipped with a 0.4x viewfinder and includes a target spot to help users frame their shots easily.
In addition to these features, the Mini SE continues Fujifilm’s tradition of producing fun instant cameras that appeal to photography enthusiasts of all generations. They were certainly inspired by the Gen Z crowd. This new model promises improved performance and ease of use, making it a valuable addition to the Instax lineup. While it might seem that the Mini SE is yet another copy of the other cameras in the Mini series, it is definitely more user-friendly and lightweight. Koji Wada, the Managing Director at Fujifilm India, comments:
“As we progress towards completing 100 years in the upcoming decade, we strive to bring products that bring More Smiles. This launch underscores our dedication to bringing innovative and stylish products to the market, and we are thrilled to have unveiled it.”
